Iowa Academy of Science Sections
The Iowa Academy of Science has twelve sections. Each section is made up of individuals with similar science or engineering interests. Twenty-five or more members may petition the Board of Directors to form a new section. The section membership elects a Chair and Vice-Chair and holds a business meeting at the IAS Annual Meeting in April. Academy members may join up to four sections.
